Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about sharing a low moment on LowMoment.
What is LowMoment?
LowMoment is a public wall of anonymous stories about low moments — rough days, quiet failures, embarrassment, grief, or dips that do not need fixing on the page. You pay at least $1, write at least 150 characters, and — if approved — your story goes live. Text only. No links. No images.
Is this therapy or crisis support?
No. LowMoment is not therapy, counseling, or a crisis line. Publishing here is a paid, moderated public post — not professional help. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Why do I have to pay?
Every story on the wall is backed by at least $1. It filters spam and keeps the wall focused on words people were willing to stand behind.
Can I include links or photos?
No. LowMoment is text-only. Links, images, and media embeds are blocked in the form and rejected during review.
Is there an account or login?
No. After you pay, save your story link from the confirmation page (and optionally open My stories in this browser). If you lose the link, we may not be able to help you find it again.
What if my story is not approved?
Every story is reviewed for spam, promotion, threats, links, images, and other violations of our Terms and Conditions. Denied stories are not published. Payment is not refunded. See our disclaimer.
How do I find my story again?
Use the link on the thank-you page, bookmark it, or open My stories in the same browser.
